I’m Sadie, I am 25 years old, and I’ve experienced firsthand how challenging it can be when your hormones are out of balance. Through my personal journey, research, and experiments, I’ve learned what helps, and what doesn’t work for my body. Now I want to make it easier for you to understand, and support your body from the inside out.

I was diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 19, and since then I’ve been on my own journey of research, trial, and learning to understand my body better. Now, I want to share everything I’ve discovered with you: the tips, the struggles, and the practical ways to support your hormones naturally.
